Kakkers are part a youth culture of usually wealthy western men and women.The typically display wealth through playing expensive sports such as tennis, and wearing cloths from brands like Lacoste, Hilfiger or Ralph Lauren.
There probably is no literal translation in English: The term would loosely translate to \'snobbist youngster\', but is not necessarily
derogative.
